We were very happy to enter such a clean and spacious home after a long drive. It is well maintained with good amenities. We really appreciated its location, as it situated in a quieter area of town that made travel easier, but was still quick and easy to get anywhere in town. The host was also geeat to communicate with for the questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Great property. Amenities, including kitchen and beds all good. Family oriented neighbourhood. VERY much above Pentiction, so a car is a must.We had a challenge with the TVs in the bedrooms (got the living room working OK) and there is no bathroom on the lower floor where the third bedroom is located. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. Lots of pots, plates etc etc in the kitchen, even nice wine glasses! Overall a great place to call home while in Pentiction.

There was enough parking. A work truck was always parked in front of the house and made it difficult to manoeuvre around it. The TV channels were limited and we could not watch the Stanley Cup playoffs. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Overall a great place.

The property was very clean and organized. It does have very unique views and it is very spacious but we had 2 big problems.First the temperature inside was very high we tried several times to bring the temperature down but again the AC thermometer was going on the Eco mode and still temperature was high and we barely could sleep at first 2 nights.Second, the renter was living under our unit and she was very very unreasonable and disturbing. The first night it means 1 hour after we arrived there at 8:00 pm, came up knocked on our door and complained that you are too loud and my children are sleeping.Tomorrow morning around 5:00 am her children were up and they were crying and screaming and yelling that very early morning. Again, the second night around 12:00 am midnight while we were brushing our teeth and talking and laughing in the master bedroom bathroom, she came up again and knocked at our door and said that my bedroom is under your bathroom and you are too loud be quiet. Really??? We were in the house with all windows closed. If still you can hear us in the regular routine activities, it is not our problem. By the way how dare you any time you come up and knock at our door???Because of her unreasonable behaviour and so selfish behaviour we had very hard time there. We couldn’t even talk or laugh. And if her children were up 5:00 am and were screaming and crying and yelling it was totally right?Host was very helpful in this matter but I won’t go there anymore.
