Bright and large apartment located on the fifth floor of a building with lift in Via Principe Amedeo, a short distance from the Roma Termini central station, well connected to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Spanish Steps and Barberini. Apartment furnished in a modern and functional style, it consists of three spacious bedrooms, a comfortable double bedroom, two large quadruple bedrooms consisting of a double bed and two single beds, a living room with sofa bed, a modernly equipped kitchenette and two bathrooms with shower. This was a great place to stay, and only a 20 minute walk to the colosseum. It was near metro stations which was very convenient getting everywhere else we wanted to go. Air conditioning worked great, which was a big deal for us, and the beds were comfortable. It was spacious and had plenty of room for our party of six. There is a 2 person elevator that gets you up to the sixth floor (I think it was sixth), which was so helpful, as other VRBOs we stayed at in Italy had no elevator and we had to haul our luggage up and down several flights of stairs. Overall a solid choice for a place to stay in Rome!

Wow what an amazing apartment! It’s so comfortable and beautiful. Perfect place for the 5 of us women and had an elevator for my elderly mom and aunt. Thank you! The water pressure was great too and the beds were comfy!

The apartment is spacious and well furnished.It’s very close to Rome’s main train station, restaurants and shops. The apartment manager was professional and cordial.
