Good location but poor hygiene due to bed bugs but good and polite staff members

Bed bugs in 2 rooms, some of us couldn’t sleep at night they were killing bed bugs during night in 2 rooms it was clean but other 2 rooms are full of bed bugs,A/C was not properly cooling, Tv was not working

Not recommended at all - especially for a family.

The location is convenient for a one night stay if you took the train station and traveling the next day. Rajib was very helpful- when we got to the appartment he was calming it although it was 4 pm. He tried to accommodate our requests but couldn’t fix the broken tv and instead he gave us bottles of water. The air condition works well.

The appartment that I booked has one extra room. To our surprise this place is rented out at rooms and not a full appartment. The booking said 4 bedrooms, instead it was three bedrooms. Every room had a key but the appartment main door is left open. It was very inconvenient since I had to lock my kids in rooms in order to sleep. The hallway down have air conditioning, the tvs are old not smart tvs, the toilets don’t flush properly, the shower head is damaged so water comes from one side, there was a cockroach in one of the rooms, they have no kitchen- no coffee kettle. It was not worth the price at all. I would have left and demanded a refund but we were there for less than 24 hours and once we arrived we didn’t have time to book another appartment in the area. They have to modify their facilities and explain that it’s rooms and not divided and it’s not on the 3rd floor it’s on the 4th floor. Personally not recommended at all.
