The apartment sits on the second floor with a little over 850/sqf, its own main private front entrance and an emergency exit on the other side of the apartment that leads to a hallway to the other side of the building.

Easy access to I-84 enables the utmost convenience for the duration of your stay. Also, you'll have easy access to a variety of dining locations including The Lodge Bar and Grill, Southford pizza, Fortune House Chinese Restaurant, and Dunkin Donuts, just steps away. The apartment is a short drive or walk from Southford Falls State Park, which makes this a great location for those interested in hiking and enjoying nature.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed for a fee of $100 per stay and as long as they behave.
The apartment is close to a main road, so the only noise might be from some cars driving by. However, once inside the apartment it's pretty quiet.
