This was a wonderful place in an amazing location. We were in Denver for our daughter’s graduation. We were hosting her grad party at Improper City which was just down the street. This condo was walking distance to so many fun spots & restaurants. Salil, our host, was fabulous from the very start even before booking his place. He answered all my questions & was readily available if I needed anything. He provided a thorough & helpful guide to the area & all points of interest. The condo was very clean & everything you could possibly need was provided. The 3 flights of stairs was well worth it for the upper patio which had a terrific view & was a great place to hang out with our family. The beds were so comfortable & plenty of room for everyone. And bonus, there’s a private garage that is part of the unit. If you’re looking for a great place to stay that is in a great location then don’t miss out on this one!

Our stay was wonderful. We really enjoyed staying at your place. On Monday, walked around and saw the street art. We didn't even leave the condo on Tuesday because of the weather. We didn't run out of things to talk about. We were high school friends. Two of us live in st louis and one lives in Billings MT. we just wanted to go somewhere so we could visit. Thank you for providing us such a good place so that we could do that.

A perfect location for exploring Denver! My friend group was reuniting in town, so all we wanted was to bop around and eat, drink and watch a Rockies game - this location couldn’t have been better. We also made great use of the upstairs deck! The prime RiNo location, smooth check-in process and great owner communication would for sure make us book here again!

This place is in a good location in terms of walking distance to bars and restaurants. However, it is a new building nestled in an older neighborhood. The building has some more wear and tear than shown in the photos and the cleanliness wasn’t up to our expectations, however, overall it was a fine place to stay. The host was very accommodating and let us have an early check in.
