Welcome to our cozy lakefront home located in East Dubuque, Il which is only minutes away from Galena, IL and Dubuque, IA. This two bedroom home with sofa sleeper sleeps six. We provide canoe's, and lifejackets. This home also has a large garage, a private deck overlooking the lake, and large yard. We were very pleasantly surprised with the property. It was everything we had asked for and more. We had booked the stay as a get away for us and our daughter as her graduation gift before she goes off to college. It was relaxing, quiet and serene. The home itself was remarkable and clean, not to mention fully stocked with the amenities promised including a few extras. The outside was given a stunning view with great fishing. The sunrise and sunset were equally gorgeous. We will without a doubt stay again. I'd give ten stars if I could. Best get away in the books thus far!

Nice place to stay and great value! The kitchen and bathroom were remodeled and nice. We loved going out on the canoes, we had the whole lake to ourselves. It was nice to sit on the deck and look out at the water. They provide basic Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, a hair dryer, Keurig, K-cups, washer, dryer and detergent. I knew there would be noise from trains and they did wake me up, but I was able to fall back to sleep. Some of the homes around it are run down, but that's probably because the area floods sometimes. It was convenient to go to Dubuque, just over the bridge. Overall it was a great place to stay!
