It was a great property for a large family. There were a couple of things to take into consideration... the stairs are pretty steep so my over 80 year old mother had to stay in the downstairs bedroom. Also there were a few things broken like the grill and knobs off cabinets, but I'm sure Timothy will get them fixed for the next renters. He was great to work with when a couple things came up, easy to communicate with and come up with solutions. Overall it worked for our whole family. Thanks Timothy!

The property is in need of some maintenance and updating. The kitchen was not very clean and there were numerous ants present for a couple days. Half of the base cabinets and drawers are missing pulls and knobs. From a safety standpoint, the stairs are steep and stair treads shallow. The stairs are open to the dining area (no rail at all on one side). The handrail on the other side of the stairs ends 4 or 5 steps from the bottom. Not suitable for the older adults and children in our group.
