About this docked boat rental
The “Sausalito South” was recently renovated and is a larger than normal houseboat located on dock C in Venice Marina, with lots of room to tie up your own boats or have your charter pick you up on the back dock. This houseboat contains 6 bedrooms with 2 full sized beds and 5 full sized bunks and sleeps 12 comfortably. A larger bar with ice maker and a full kitchen and living area make this a great place to stay while in Venice Marina. Additional small commercial ice maker makes ice fast and stays cold.

Perfect spot for a group to spend a weekend fishing. Guides pulled right up to the boat house to pick us up and drop us off. Big living area with a bar! 6 bedrooms to spread out. Highly recommend this place!
