About this house rental
Located in South Mission Beach, San Diego, Enjoy this 2 bedroom 2-bathroom First floor 732 Beach House! Primary bedroom has a Queen bed & full ensuite bathroom, guest room has two twin beds. The bedrooms have TVs and large closets and fans in every room. There is an additional full bathroom across the hall. There is a spacious living room with a SmartTV and comfortable couches, one is a pull out bed! Our newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked, enjoy home cooked meals at the spacious 6-person dining table. There is a large sunlit front patio as well with a BBQ and outdoor dining area which can seat up to 8 people :) It is shared with the upstairs unit. Property is situated at the end of the peninsula, surrounded by water, just steps from the beach/boardwalk (only 4 houses in!) and just across the street from the pristine and peaceful bay. Belmont Park only a 10-min walk along the boardwalk where you'll find bars, restaurants, cafes, markets, rental shops & shopping! Location, Location, Location!! this place is perfectly situated between the beach and the bay so you can have your pick of either one with just a very short walk! There is also a small market within walking distance, we did not have to use our car for anything.It is on a quiet courtyard and very family friendly. There was plenty of room for our family of Fore and the place had everything we needed, even beach chairs! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to stay in Sunny San Diego.

Place was just as described. Perfect for me and my 3 kids. Spend hours and hours at the beach each day, was nice to be able to go back and forth from the beach to the house with in just a few minutes. Grilled up some steaks and enjoyed our meal on the table out front. Will definitely visit again!

Main things I was looking for in B&B:It had 2 nice sized rooms with TV in kids room2 bathrooms with bathtub in oneVery close to the beach- son had a fold up wheelchair which B&B easily accommodatedBoardwalk easily accessible with WC and very closeKitchen had everything you neededAC -actually had issues first day but host was quick to respond and fix and was always available. I would definitely stay here again
