Located in Mission Beach, this charming house for $465 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Thanks for checking us out... PLEASE READ OUR ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING, TOP to BOTTOM :) You will feel right at home in this warm, yet airy and roomy beach home. Prime location, open floor-plan, and large furnished outdoor patio make for the perfect beach get-away. Watch the waves from the kitchen or the large front patio. Literally just a few steps to the boardwalk and ocean. No busy streets to cross, and no hills or stairs to climb—just drag your towel to the sand! Cancellation policy holds true even with Covid, so please just be aware. It is listed below. I know it's over-said, but... Location, Location, Location, and you found it in South Mission - the boardwalk is quieter down here, and the beach is huge! *South of Belmont Park is a premium area, and we are one house from oceanfront with ocean views from the patio and kitchen. Beach is just a few steps away--as well as easy access to the bay. Far enough away from the parking lots and crowds, yet close enough to walk to Belmont Park and restaurants. Please keep reading down to the disclosures. *This home was completely remodeled throughout in June 2016 - all new kitchen, bathroom, floors, furnishings, professionally decorated. * On a best efforts basis we provide 2 Boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, and some basic toys --NO bikes * 1050 sqft/ 3 bedroom two full-bath, single story home * Sleeps 6, MAX OCCUPANCY 6, Including kids (family with kids preferred or mature couples) *Cal King in master bedroom, Queen in the 2nd bedroom, Full/Twin Bunk in 3rd *Air conditioning: For summer clients, 2 small wall units are only in the master and living room (none in bunk or queen room). These are just intended to cut the "edge" off the heat when returning to a closed house. Then open the windows. Unlike central air, you can't run them all night, or even for more than 45 minutes at a time. They are energy hogs and meant to use sparingly on the hottest of days. It is definitely a bonus to have them, but it's not central air. * Large dining table inside and outside for family meals, fully-equipped kitchen * Fast WIFI with Smart TV's in every-room except the bunk room (kids room). You can access all basic TV channels using Spectrum streaming through the ROKU interface, so bring your Netflix, HULU or other favorite streaming logins as well! * Speed Queen Washer and GE dryer in garage * Spacious front patio with ocean view - BBQ and outdoor dining table * Interior patio is set up as an "outdoor room" with comfortable seating for lounging. A quaint, relaxing outdoor space with privacy - the perfect place to chill out after a long day at the beach, and especially nice for families with younger kids because it's enclosed. * Need baby gear? We DO have a pack-n-play, but NO high chair or stroller. However, you can easily rent them and have them delivered - just let me know and I'll send you the details. DISCLOSURES: * PARKING: We CANNOT accommodate large trucks or Suburbans over 203" in length. However, see parking photo, we have a garage that will fit one mini-van sized vehicle plus a smaller car. Garage is 15' wide and fits vehicles 203" in length on one side only, due to a cabinet a shorter one on the other side. Google your make and model and length will come up. We respectfully ask that you DO NOT move the washer and dryer to try and squeeze your car in the garage. **We do have a Ring Camera on premise outside faces sidewalk and covers the patio area. We check it occasionally based on our discretion **There is a 1 bedroom apt above the garage currently occupied by a professional couple in their 40's. You can hear footsteps and some noise from the apt in the back bedrooms. If they were to have friends over on the weekend, which is rare, any noise will cease by 11pm. There is no common shared space, except they do laundry in the garage one day a week, and that day is posted on the refrigerator. You have exclusive use of all patios, parking, etc. ** ALL of Mission is in the flight path **We are firm on 6 occupants, please honor this number. ** Soft goods: We do NOT provide shampoos or body soaps/toiletries. However, We do provide 1 or 2 toilet paper rolls per bath, hand soap, and 1 paper towel roll to get you started. We also provide 2-3 beach towels but if you require more, please bring or buy them (there are markets nearby that sell beach gear). **Other items commonly asked for: We do not provide: bikes, music player, or alarm clocks Note: The market is a 30 second walk if you need anything. We supply everything on a best efforts basis. Sometimes things go missing or break without our knowledge. We are targeting guests who understand we are "Mom & Pop" and give us the benefit of the doubt by the overall experience, and know we are trying hard. See our family photo below - cheers!

What a great place for Mission Beach area. Within steps to the boardwalk/beach. Parking a mid size (Jeep) vehicle was perfect and secure in the garage. House was very clean, equipped with all the kitchen supplies we needed. Close enough but also far enough away from Belmont park to walk but enjoy some quiet time. The front patio is perfect to sit outside and take in the sunsets and beach views. We will definitely book here again. Dealing with the property manager was super easy.

Property location was excellent, loved the garage and accessibility of places to walk to. Bathrooms are a bit small and I feel it needed more mirrors in bedrooms since it was a little hard getting ready in bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable.

My friends and I enjoyed a relaxing weekend at the mission beach home. It was clean, nicely decorated and plenty of space, parking and view of the beach - not to mention walking distance to the beach and Belmont park. The host was very communive,thorough and welcoming.
