Built in 2021, Pure Serenity is one of the newest villas in Exuma and offers some of the most breathtaking views. With a Gorgeous Beach front view of Exuma’s famous turquoise water you will truly feel nothing but Pure serenity.
Entering through the front doors you’ll instantly be greeted with a warm inviting modern feel, with a unbelievable view of the ocean.
This villa was designed to be your home away from home with all the amenities you would want. With Smart Tv’s in all rooms and a Wi-Fi mesh system, you’ll always be connected. This modern beach villa comes equipped with an integrated smart audio system controlled via a wall-mounted iPad
With 3 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from George Town, you’ll have everything you need for the prefect get away!

Awesome place to stay in Exuma. Location was fantastic, easy to move around the island. Villa was fully stocked with everything you would need...dishes, towels, beach towels, dish soap, coffeemaker (drip and pods), pool toys, life jackets for kayak and SUP. Plenty of seating inside and out. TV had a lot of stations and great WiFi. EXCELLENT communication with host! I would absolutely recommend this place and we will stay again next time we are in Exuma!

Frank communicated quickly and was on top of things! Unfortunately, the living room tv and second bedroom tv did not work. House was nice!
