Open concept Living, Dining and Kitchen. Living room with 58" inch Flat screen Smart Samsung Television, DVD and access to Netflix. Kitchen with 2 refrigerators, stove, microwave, island and bar stools to accommodate 3. Decorated with Restoration Hardware furniture combined with island accents provides high-end coziness.
The kitchen contains a Keurig, percolating coffee and a Breville Barista espresso machine. The kitchen has everything you need to cook during your stay, or hire one of the island's local chefs to cook for you. Dining room table along with a round table with seating for 12 in total.

Two identical master suites with King beds. Two identical bedrooms with two queen beds in each room. 5th bedroom has a queen bed. It is the perfect villa to share with friends or family. Also includes a queen murphy bed that can be rolled into any bedroom for extra space.
King beds made up with luxurious bedding, down comforter and Egyptian duvet cover and sheets. 55" Flat screen smart TV located in each master. Baths graced with spa showers and double vanities.

Rent a boat, or hire an experienced captain from one of the local boat rental companies. Go to Starfish Beach or visit Sand Dollar beach to hunt for treasures. We have booked a large number of vacation homes through the years. Upwards of 20 to 25 I would guess. This house is head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to how the house is equipped. The kitchen has two of anything you could possibly need to prepare all your meals at the home if you choose. The home also has multiple beach chairs and all the beach toys you could possibly need including kayaks and paddle boards. Aside from these things the house is absolutely beautiful and on a virtually private white sand beach with the signature blue waters of Exuma. The beds were all very comfortable. The home is also conveniently located near the airport and halfway between Georgetown and Emerald Bay. We loved Villa Oceania and plan to come back again!

The house itself is truly beautiful and in a great location. The layout and overall feel of the property made it a lovely place to stay, and the manager/owner were very responsive and polite when contacted.That said, we did end up having to reach out quite a bit during our stay for things that were advertised as already being in working order. We had to ask for the pool heater to be turned on, the power went out several times due to forecasted weather and the generator ran out of gas, and one of the showers was not functional. While these issues were usually addressed quickly, it did take away from the sense of being able to fully relax on vacation.We also noticed that many of the amenities were quite worn. Several pool floats had holes, toys were broken, balls were not inflated, and the advertised blue beach chairs were all broken. We were able to make do, but it required sorting through items to find usable ones.Overall, the home has a lot of potential and is very nice, but it would benefit from better maintenance and ensuring that listed amenities are in good working condition prior to guest arrival.

Villa Oceania was the perfect getaway for my family. The property is minutes from the airport but we never heard, or saw, a plane over our 5 days. The Villa is central to the island easy access to sites. The house was spacious, very clean, and well stocked. The back was heavenly with many places to relax by the pool, or take a kayak or paddle board. They even had wave boards and beach toys.Each time we came back to the property it took our breath away. We didn't want to leaveHighly recommended!!
