This was the perfect location. The rental was clean, comfortable and wonderfully decorated. We felt right at home. Walking distance to many shops and great places to eat. Not to mention a great view of the marina/harbor.My wife and I do about 1/2 dozen of these 3-4 days trips a year and this was by and far one of the best we're enjoyed. Many thanks to our hosts - thoughtful and fantastic communicators. We look forward to renting this place again soon!!Jim & Paula

Everything was great! Communication with the host was excellent and the apartment is charming. The location couldn't be better and we fell in love with Essex. We only stayed two nights at the end of two wonderful weeks in beautiful Connecticut but wish that we would have had twice as long.

This was the perfect central location in Essex to spend the weekend in town and the surrounding area. My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The property is extremely well-kept and clean, would absolutely recommend!
