About this apartment rental
Newly decorated 3nd floor unit with a comfortable “coastal cottage” flair, this over 1300 sq ft, 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo features extraordinary panoramic views of the Gulf and the Center pool complex from the living room and master bedroom. Close to all our amenities, it’s wonderfully suited for a family vacation. And free wireless internet makes it the perfect place for a working vacation.
The well-stocked kitchen and laundry area are fully equipped, including a full size washer and dryer. Other features include wet bar with ice maker, 9 foot ceilings throughout, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

This property is located close to everything food, shopping and the beach. The property has a gated entrance to the beach which keeps that section nice and private. There is a security gate out front which again feels private and safe. The Condo itself was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The only thing I would suggest for the owners is to get better pots and pans for people who want to cook for themselves and not eat out, the ones at the condo are old and everything we cooked stuck in the pans and were a little bit of a mess. It would have been nice to have extra toilet paper and paper towels on site instead of having to buy it all, for price of the rental it should be included. All in all 5 stars will definitely go back

Absolutely beautiful condo!! Newly renovated, spacious rooms, amazing pools for all ages, gorgeous views, secured grounds of who comes in/out, easy check in and out process, supplied with own laundry and kitchen utensils/items. 10/10 recommend and will be back!

Great stay! One sink in primary bath was stopped up. Some extra cleaning needed to be done in primary bathroom. Also, a bar or handrail in shower would be nice. Would definitely stay in this unit again!
