Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this property. The house was spacious, very quiet, and provided plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unwind. Located on a dead-end street, it was the perfect setting for peaceful walks along the river without having to worry about traffic. The location made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. During our stay, we spent a day at Silver Beach, a day at Tiscornia Beach, and another day exploring downtown St. Joseph (less than 20 minutes away). After shopping downtown, we enjoyed dinner at Schu's and finished the evening with dessert from Kilwin's.We also found some great local restaurants nearby (about 5 minutes away). Joe's Cafe and Breakfast Place was an excellent spot for breakfast, and Mark III Grille & Bar was a fantastic choice for dinner. The house was well-stocked with plenty of towels and all the kitchen utensils we needed. One of our favorite amenities was the hot tub. It was clean, relaxing, and even had a screened enclosure around it to help keep the bugs away, which made it even more enjoyable.Overall, this property provided a comfortable, peaceful home base for our family vacation, and we would gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family that included young granddaughters. The home is very nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed. The extra perks included the hot tub, two lovely outside seating areas, and the river view to include fishing. There was a lot of room for the girls to play outside. Julianna was extremely good at responding to questions before our visit and during our visit. It was an easy and quick drive into St. Joe and the beach. We hope to return next year.

Fit our needs nicely. One floor and one step into the house was ideal for the handicapped guest in our group. A single chair, perhaps a recliner, would be a nice addition. We really enjoyed the views and seating in both the back and front.
