Location was great. BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD. Plenty of space. House needs a lot of TLC. Home had broken lamps, broken shades, broken game room equipment, broken tiles and vents, beverage fridge not working and washer and dryer not working properly. This house could be really beautiful just needs some updates and little love. Hosts were AMAZING AND PROMPT.

Plenty of room for 8 adults and 8 children. Play room on lower level was great for the kids and adults as well. Televisions in great room and bedrooms.

The size, layout and location of the property is excellent. The property is in need of some general maintenance though. After we arrived we found a large wet spot on the carpet in one of the bedrooms, not sure what it was or how it got there. Following that we discovered cockroaches in the same room as well in the basement, garage, etc. We sent a note to the host and while the communication was fast from the host, it took a couple days for someone to get out to look at the property. They had a guy come out and spray for the bugs as well but each day we had to dispose of more cockroaches from inside the house. While this didn't ruin the trip for us, it certainly wasn't a pleasant experience for us as some members of our party opted to sleep on the couch in lieu of sleeping in the bedroom with the wet floor and cockroaches. We still enjoyed the beach and had a good time while we were there but the experience with the house put a bit of a damper on it.
