This home was beyond anything the photos can convey. Wide open spaces, immaculate, and flooded with the sounds and smells of the sea just beyond the doors. Darrell greeted us at arrival, and kindly detailed the rooms, equipment, and personal touches this home provided. Truly the perfect get-a-way for the family and very hard to walk away from! We already are discussing when we can get back...

Amazing property! Beautiful, exactly as described. The lanai was perfect for enjoying the view, waves, wildlife and company! We had a great time and very much appreciated the attention provided by the owner and manager. Our originally booked property had a glitch and had to be altered, we stumbled upon this and were SO pleased! Property manager helped get us in early, met us on site and ensured we were taken care of. Entire house was beautiful and comfortable. We highly recommend this property and the care VRBO provided.

This place is an absolute gem. We took our three young kids on a trip to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and this property was so special. The design, the lay out, the outdoor living space was truly impeccable. The home is so well done, we didn’t want to leave! On the last night we watch the sun set inside the tide pools. When we come back to Kona we are staying here.

This rental was absolutely paradise for our family! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something truly special. The master bedroom was spacious and the fragrant plumeria tree just outside was a special way to savor morning coffee. The second guest bedroom was also great size, although if anyone is taller than 5’6 (which all my kids are) the additional 2 twins upstairs in the loft area are a bit snug, but workable. The outdoor living space was the crown jewel of this property. It was picturesque and functional — with seating options, two relaxing hammocks, an outdoor shower (although we didn’t end up using it bc it was shutoff) and the grill! Not only was it beautiful and tranquil, but it offered wonderful flexibility with both sunny and shaded areas throughout the day. We found ourselves spending most of our time outside, taking advantage of every option available. The rocky shoreline and tide pools provided endless exploration opportunities that captivated us each day. And the sunsets left us absolutely speechless. They were the kind of magical moments that photos simply can’t capture.We genuinely hated to leave this slice of paradise. This vacation has created lasting memories for our entire family that will be treasured for years to come. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! It’s going to be hard to top this stay in future vacations!
