This spacious 2,643 sq. ft., two-story townhome comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it a great choice for family trips and group vacations. Located within the gated Solterra Resort community, the home combines comfortable living spaces with a private pool, game room, and convenient access to Orlando’s top attractions, shopping, dining, and world-class golf.

The home comfortably accommodates 12 guests with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms:

• Bedroom 1: King bed.

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed.

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed.

• Bedroom 4: Bunk beds (1 full + 1 twin), Nemo-themed.

• Bedroom 5: Bunk beds (1 full + 1 twin), Minion-themed.



Living, Dining & Kitchen

The main level features an open and inviting living area with comfortable sofa seating and a Smart TV with cable channels and streaming capabilities. A second-level sitting area provides additional space to relax with similar comforts. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors connect the kitchen to the outdoor patio and bring plenty of natural light into the space. The dining area includes a table for enjoying meals together.



Game Room

The home’s game room offers entertainment for all ages, with an air hockey table, pool table, and foosball table.



Outdoor Amenities

The private pool is located within the screened-in lanai, offering a relaxing space to enjoy the Florida sunshine. The lanai includes sun loungers for relaxing by the pool and an outdoor dining table for al fresco meals. A child safety fence provides added peace of mind around the pool, while the covered section of the lanai offers a shaded area for guests who prefer to stay out of the sun.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. An in-home washer and dryer are provided for your convenience, with detergent supplied but not replenished during your stay. You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home. You can get access to the resort amenities for a one-time fee per household.

You’ll be inside Solterra Resort, where there is a 5,600 sq ft clubhouse and amenities to enjoy for a resort fee, like the resort-style pool featuring a waterslide, beach entry, and a lazy river, poolside cabanas, a poolside bar and grill, a fitness center, a volleyball court, tennis courts, a walking trail, and a play zone. Other Things to Note:

Pool & BBQ

- Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. A BBQ grill is also available for an additional fee; please request it at least 48 hours before arrival.  It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.

- To obtain access to the resort amenities onsite, there's a one-time fee per household paid upon arrival. (1-12 Guests: $35 | 13+ Guests: $45)



Booking Requirements

- Lead guest must be 21 or older.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the door keypad. The access code and instruction will be sent before your arrival.
