LAUNDRY ROOM: Stackable washer & dryer are available for guests – Detergent is provided.
PRIVATE BACKYARD: Fully fenced backyard, Tiki bar w/ 8 seats, Propane grill, Adirondack Chairs, Outdoor shower, Water hose to wash off after the beach, Outdoor bistro table w/ 4 seats.
PATIO: 2x Rocking chairs.
PARKING: Fit 3 standard vehicles in the driveway.
DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: A pet fee of $148.00 is requested once booking has been confirmed and it covers up to 4 dogs for the entire stay - Prior to reserving the property, please communicate that you will be bringing a pet(s) for approval. We request guests with pets to bring pet blankets for your pets to use when staying at the home. Any damage found during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest to fix or replace the broken item. NO CATS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.

The host quickly responded when we had an issue with the front door lock box. The property has a great location with the beach steps away. There was a great place to eat within walking distance also. The beach was great and it was also dog friendly. We will definitely be back and will bring our golf cart next time. Only recommendation to the owner of the property a TV be added in the spare rooms. The TV in the master was very small and needs to be upgraded. Other than that we have a great time and it was a very comfortable place to stay.

Arrived but code box battery was dead so had to call & have someone to get keys out of lockbox to let us in. Cottage was comfortable & clean. The tiki hut outside was enjoyed for only 2 days until the construction crew showed up next door to work on a new build. Loved walking distance & the pathway to the beach but left a day early because of construction next door.

We had a wonderful stay. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with. Their house fit our needs perfectly, from the well-equipped kitchen to the fun tiki hut. The neighborhood was friendly. We loved being so close to the beach.
