The single most important factor of a rental is that it is CRYSTAL CLEAN and this property delivered! Kitchen was well very stocked. Beds/pillows were exceedingly comfortable. Cute decor. Loved the suburban location and walked to Whole Foods twice in the few days we were there. The hosts were top notch! This rental served as a great home base in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay and found it a convenient location for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Death Valley, Red Rocks and Fire Valley parks. The house was clean, comfortable, well stocked with dishes, utensils etc. and Brooke, Tim and Maia a pleasure to deal with!

This was a great place to stay for us for 2 weeks. It's basically across the street to the start of downtown Summerlin which was terrific because we could shop and check out the restaurants really easily. The kitchen was very equipped and it was great to have a grill and fire pit in the backyard. We use the large bedroom on the main floor to do yoga and work out. Our hosts quickly responded to questions and were so helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
