Great location, repeat stay for us. Love sitting on the deck in the rain or on the patio in the sun and listen to the creek and the Peacock next door (called him Oliver) who was a great neighbor.

Lovely setting with the sound of rushing water and view of tall trees. Clean and tidy inside. Ample towels and supplies. We only had one night this time. I would love to spend more time there in the future. Outside is classic Nevada City with unique little yard in levels going down the hill toward the creek. Yard is definitely not disabled-friendly however. Easy walk to town.

Heating confusing and cottage was often cold, faucet in kitchenette leaks, TV confusing for elderly people and never did find current news. Location is good and I loved the creek
