Upon entering our lovely home, you will feel very relaxed and tranquil. The décor is to match the breezy calm wind from the intercoastal water ways, which is two blocks east of the property. All our rooms are carefully put together to enhance your ultimate family vacation while you stay here. Perfect location near attractions including beaches and Space X launch pad and Space Kennedy Visitor Complex. Chose this property because of location. If you have kids going to Space Camp, it was so convenient. Camp was a 15 minute drive and Titusville was just a couple minutes down the road. Places we visited after Camp drop off: Took our toddler to Sand Point Park splash pad. (10 minute drive)Lunch at Pier 220 and saw a dolphin. (Another 10ish minute drive)Brevard Zoo was about a 20 minute drive but was so worth the trip. We spent 2 hours at Playalinda beach playing in the waves and finding shells. Got donuts at Kim’s Donut Shop. Dinner at Dixie Crossroads. Breakfast at Village Inn. Off street parking for 2 cars. Pool was small but served its purpose. Host provided a small splash pad for our toddler which was very thoughtful. Very nice private covered patio with comfy chairs. Air conditioner was first rate. Kitchen could use a few pans and utensils.House is set up with 2 queen rooms and a full bath on one side and a king with en-suite and another queen room and half bath on the other. Host stopped by to check the pool and was friendly and helpful. A convenient location for sure if you need a place for Space Camp.

The host was outstanding in preparation. The house was very spacious and comfortable and close to some great restaurants. The location was close to Kennedy Space Center and we were able to view a rocket launch during our stay. I would definitely book with this host anytime in tge future. Great location. we stayed for just the night. bathroom shower curtains could've been either cleaned better or replaced. one bathroom has missing flooring. otherwise overall pretty clean
