About this apartment rental
Update on Resort Amenities as of 11/14/2025: We are happy to announce the North outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna and gym are now open! The parking garage is currently closed for maintenance. Plenty of parking is available in the auxiliary parking lot located adjacent to the resort (South side). Limited parking is available in front of the resort.
โA Room With a Viewโ. This 3'rd floor oceanfront suite is located at the Daytona Beach Resort. The private balcony offers gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee along with the beautiful sunrise. The Condo features a King bed, sofa, power recliner, and 50โ smart HDTV. A full-sized dresser and two nightstands offer plenty of storage space for your belongings. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, solid surface 2 burner stove top, coffee maker (traditional 12 cup pot/single serve K-Cup combination) a toaster, and a large sink. We supply a variety of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cups, silverware, etc. for your cooking and dining needs.
The bathroom features a spacious countertop, large mirror and a tub/shower combination. Guest laundry rooms are available on floors 2-5.
Several restaurants and shopping are within walking distance of the resort.

Great view of the beach. Updated condo with a lot of nice touches; great decor. Great start with toilet paper, some places only leave one roll. Really appreciated having a lounger for TV watching at night. Everything about the condo itself was great. The only drawback is their main garage is down and you likely have to park in adjacent public parking next door, also beach access is the public access next to the building, not directly from the back of the building.

We enjoyed our stay at so much. Everything was perfect. The owners answered all our question promptly prior to our stay and were able anytime if needed. The unit was clean and meet our expectations. Great location as well.

The owners of the condo were phenomenal very easy to deal with the conduit self was very nice well kept the property itself doesn't have much to offer other than a pool as far as I'm concerned in the pool wasn't really all that clean the outside one anyway this place could be a little gold mine but it's just been neglected for too long but I would recommend the owners of the condo to deal with a 100
$$$$
