Located in Holly Hill, this attractive condo for $99 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Update on Resort Amenities as of 4/1/2024: outdoor pools, indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna and gym are closed. Beach access is still available via the public access area adjacent to the resort (see photos of the beach access facility). The parking garage is also currently closed for maintenance, but parking is available in the parking lot located adjacent to the resort. We apologize for the inconveniences presented by the unavailability of the amenities mentioned above and have reduced our nightly rates to reflect these temporary issues. “A Room With a View”. This 3'rd floor oceanfront suite is located at the Daytona Beach Resort. The private balcony offers gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee along with the beautiful sunrise. The Condo features a King bed, sleeper sofa, power recliner, and 50” smart HDTV. A full-sized dresser and two nightstands offer plenty of storage space for your belongings. Three elevators, guest coin-operated laundry and ice machine are also only a few steps from your door. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, solid surface stove top, coffee maker (traditional 12 cup pot/single serve K-Cup combination) a toaster, and a large sink. We supply a variety of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cups, silverware, etc. for your cooking and dining needs. The bathroom features a spacious countertop, large mirror and a tub/shower combination. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for all guests. Several restaurants and shopping are within walking distance of the resort.

I cannot say enough about this lovely condo. It felt as tho I was staying with family. The unit is charming and warm, the bed is ridiculously comfortable, and the location is primo! We plan to book again next year for our event, without question.

Angie and Greg are great hosts! The condo itself is cozy. Too bad the property owner shut down everything else (pool, gym, elevators, parking garage, etc). I'd love to see this place with everything back in working condition!!!

The unit is clean and well equipped and just as advertised. There is a nice ocean view from the deck (as long as you don’t look down at the wrecked pools). The resort complex itself, like Daytona Beach, has seen better days.

I love nothing more than the sound of the ocean waves. I had a couple of days away from work to enjoy this beautiful place right on the ocean. It was everything a weekend away should be. Convenient to restaurants and groceries as well. Hosts were welcoming, and great communicators as well. Would love to come back!

We overall had an amazing stay here at this condo. The room was bigger than what we thought from the pictures which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and had an amazing view. Only had a couple small inconveniences with the resort itself that Angie or Greg cannot control, such as the parking situation and cleanliness around the resort property.

We are so grateful for our stay! The condo was well-kept and beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean was fabulous! It was just what we needed for a peaceful and serene respite of the soul, mind, and body. The owners were so gracious and accessible. We highly recommend this awesome getaway!

This was the worst place I have ever stayed while on vacation. The owners are horrible, they called me the day we were leaving for vacation to tell me that the pool and amenities are not working, by this time I was not able to get a refund. What we encountered was much worse than was even described. A pool right out side the balcony that looked like it was full of sewage. We had to pay $360. Extra dollars just to have a place to sit as you could not sit anywhere on the property. To get to the beach you had to walk out on the street and down the road, pretty bad especially when you expect to get to the beach from your pool deck. Seem like a small complaint but it was not that small, it was horrible. You were lucky if the elevator worked when asked if it will beep repaired soon, we got a shoulder shrug. The host allowed a strangers to enter our room when we were not there to drop off a parking pass, which could have been slipped under the door. Unacceptable!!!! When I spoke to Angie on our dissatisfaction she offered a partial refund now that we are home, she is refusing to pay. So do yourself a favor if you are looking this place to rent , keep looking save yourself the dissatisfaction and disappointment there are so many nice places that are much nicer to rent. I just wish I could post the pictures so everyone can really see the truth.

The apartment was as stated. Nice, Clean, we were able to watch the sunrise from the balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The only thing that I would like to mention was that we were not told that both the indoor/outdoor pools were closed and the parking lot was not lite and adjacent to the property. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is perfect for a couple! The property owners were wonderful to communicate with. The resort’s pool area was still damaged from the hurricanes, but we enjoyed the beach and ocean views from our balcony. The owners were totally upfront about the pool area, and we were well aware when we booked it. It has a lot of yummy restaurants within walking distance as well. We definitely recommend this condo.

We enjoyed an incredible Stay at the condo. Everything was clean and well kept. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We enjoyed the morning sunrise while we sipped on coffee each morning. Long walks on the beach was our favorite thing to do. Because of hurricane Ian’s destruction all of the extra amenities were closed but we were still able To enjoy the beach. We would love to come back when the pools and restaurant are opened again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Resort was nice. The Hurricane had all the extras closed off. Some construction was going on so some noise. Cleanup from the damages was going on. But now to the room-great owners to work with (Angie&Greg). Room was spacious with a beautiful Ocean View! Bed was comfy. Cozy feeling, clean! Kitchen is stocked!

We really enjoyed our stay. One of the main reasons we chose this unit was due to the prior reviews indicating the cleanliness of the unit. They were right. It was clean, updated, and everything was great. In addition, the complex was conveniently located and had very clean pools and deck areas. We will definitely choose this unit for future trips to the area!

Great spot for our 4 days of beach front visiting. Pools, beach, and a view for miles. The beach vibe in the condo was bright and clean. Morning coffee and cereal on the private balcony was a great way to start the day. Highly recommend!!
