About this apartment rental
Great vacation beach property with deeded beach boardwalk access. Relax in this spacious, updated, condo with all the amenities you will need to enjoy your beach vacation. Large master bedroom located upstairs has king bed with private bath. Guest bedroom, also upstairs, has queen bed with private bath. Downstairs the main living area has a full bath with shower. The living room has a Murphy Bed featuring a 12" memory foam queen size mattress, very comfortable. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Large screen TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, etc. also includes all beach toys, chairs and coolers for your use.
Property is 1 of 19 duplex buildings in the Pleasure Isle Villas complex. Complex has a pool right outside back door and tennis/Pickle ball courts. Each unit has its own private parking directly underneath. There is an excellent casual dining restaurant within walking distance, with great food and a full bar. Lots of restaurants and bars close by in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Foley.
This property is just outside the crazy busy, crowded beach high-rise areas of Gulf Shores but still close enough to enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer. Located about a mile west of the Gulf Shores Hangout.

My family and I have vacationed in Gulf Shores at the Pleasure Isle Villas for years. The Swoner property is the nicest unit we’ve stayed in. It was clean, well equipped, and in a great location. A short walk to the beach and pool. The Murphy bed was a plus and very comfortable. The owners were kind and responsive. I would highly recommend staying at this property.
