About this house rental
Great beach house with seasonally heated pool! Perfect for families and friends. Quick access to the beach. Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout with tile flooring in the bathrooms. Two bedrooms have KING beds and the third has bunks for four. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and all have TVs with Youtube TV. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. Sleeps 10 with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are four balconies, two are facing the lagoon and set up for outdoor dining and relaxing, and two are facing the pool and have a peek-a-boo beach view. A park style grill is available for great cook outs. Dining area has a table for six and bar stools for four. A mirror B side of the duplex can be booked together for big groups up to 20 (see listing #1405729). Gorgeous saltwater pool in the backyard is private to the duplex.

We are one mile from the Hangout and loads of restaurants. We are 7 minutes from Gulf State Park, Waterville USA, 15 minutes from Adventure Island. There is plenty to do!

Here's the summary. Of all the places we have stayed in Gulf Shores. this rated the best by the family.The place was clean, well suited for all. With FOUR balconies and plenty of places to sit outside that was great. The pool was of course a bit hit. Right now the heater is out on the pool but the water was quite fine without it for the most part. The owner knows of the issue and is working to fix it. The one problem we had was the bed was a little too firm for us but for others it was good. Hidden hint for the master bedroom. There is a window AC unit in one window if extra AC is necessary. Didn't need to use, but nice to have.My wife enjoyed the large soak tub in the Master Bedroom. Again, one of the best bathrooms in our journeys down this way.The kitchen had plenty of dishes, cups, bowls, silverware, and pots and pans. The Kuerig Duo was one of the better ones. So that was nice. There are plenty of beach chairs available. We didn't need to bring our own. Nice to know for future trips. Definitely a great property to keep on my list for future trips back to the gulf.The host was also very reachable and communicated well as needed before, during and as we departed. So rare these days.
