Beautiful Cozy home in the City of Conroe, very close to the shopping centers, near lake Conroe and 15 minutes away from the heart of the Woodlands. 30 to 45 mins to the airport IAH. Home is well equipped for your short all long stay. A most definite place to call home when away from home.

Home was clean, Host was very quick to respond to inquiries. Couldn't find the Keurig, so she sent one next day via Amazon, THANKS! Then I found the Keurig, my mistake. Lots of needed items were in the home already, home was easy to get to and lots of shopping around it and close to I-45. Home needs a little maintenance, some living room furniture was wobbly, front door lock needs to just be tightened up. It was a good place to stay and close to what we needed.

This is the second time renting this property and it is extremely nice and would definitely recommend. The host was very nice and helpful.The Property was clean and up to date on everything.

There were noise warnings upon check in....keep quiet after 10pm...no problem. Neighbors dogs barked all night long. One of the king beds sagged badly in the middle. Property was without gas for approximately 20 hours of our stay making using the dryer and having hot water to shower impossible. The owner worked at getting this fixed but it was an inconvenience.
