About this house rental
This property has so many features to it from its charm and character to its functionality. The main level includes two impressive living spaces, a main level bedroom with an ensuite, main floor laundry, an updated kitchen, and dining. The second floor, includes one full bathroom, along with three large size bedrooms, leading to the 3rd floor, you'll find an attic fully completed and transformed into an enormous 5th bedroom! This property is sure to impress. Walking distance to Gustavus Adolphus College, Restaurants, Shopping Markets, and across the street from Minnesota Square Park. Self check-in with the keypad. Pet and Family-Friendly. You'll find the top sights of Saint Peter: Art Center, The Arboretum at Gustavus Adolphus College, The Local History Museum at E. St. Julien Cox House, Traverse Des Sioux Park, and a lot more.
We have one security camera to protect ourselves and our guests. We have installed one camera on the front porch facing the garage and yard. It is in a motion-tracking setting. It will be turned on during your stay. Any tampering or disabling of the camera can be subject to a $100 fine that is turned off. Upon booking, please list all numbers of guests that are coming, (infants and kids must be included on the list) and pets as well. There will be an additional fee for all extra guests and pets.

The house worked well for our family who was staying in St Peter for a wedding and we were a family group staying, including a couple grand kids... they so enjoyed having the toys to play with while staying. Not sure if people in St Peter aren't into mowing but the lawn was a little rough, outside table & chairs just sitting in the grass next to a big pile of sticks... We weren't at the house too much so we just looked past it. The bedrooms worked well for our group and we enjoyed our stay. Thank You!

The Vrbo is everything a Vrbo should be! Pet friendly, kid friendly, stocked with things you actually need. Amazing place, I will compare every Vrbo in the future to this one!

We enjoyed the time that we were there will the ability to visit and play games. The weather was not cooperative and we had to place a bucket in the middle of the living room floor due to rain leaking in. Other than that everything was great.
