This coastal decorated extra-large luxurious one-bedroom/one-bath condo, located on the second floor and just steps from the two main elevators; making beach and pool access effortless. What is an "extra-large" one-bedroom condo? Our extra-large condo is 804 square feet of living area verses a regular one-bedroom condo which is 635 square feet. That's equivalent to an additional 13 x 13 feet of living area for nearly the same rate! Go extra-large for more living area! You will not be sorry.

This unit comes complete with a huge, clean, fully equipped kitchen boasting granite counter tops throughout, and a gigantic island for family and friends to gather around and laugh about the good times.

You can grab a quick bite to eat at the center island or for a more intimate dining experience, there is the adjoining dining room table that has comfortable seating for four with beautiful views of the harbor through the full glass sliding door as you dine.

The living area has a comfortable sofa sleeper, recliner and a side chair to relax in and enjoy the 55 inch high definition T.V. with cable and WiFi. A sound bar is also available for streaming your own music.

The coastal feel of this large master bedroom features a King size bed, overhead ceiling fan, and a private access to the bathroom. Enjoy the 32 inch LED T.V. and DVD player. The large closet is equipped with hangers. There is plenty of drawer space for all your clothes. This bedroom also has it's own sliding glass door for easy access to the balcony. If you have family or friends staying with you the sofa pulls out to a queen size, 6 inch Comfort Cool mattress. No bars in your back with this sofa; it's trampoline style!

The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower to rejuvenate you after some fun in the sun. The bathtub has been removed. The vanity has a granite counter and a large basin. The high-performance comfort height commode takes away any worries. The in-unit clothes washer/dryer combo is tucked away in the bathroom pantry out of sight. The bathroom is equipped with plenty of whale tail hooks! Plus, the exhaust fan is equipped with WIFI to hook up your music while showering and getting ready.

Leading from the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door is the very large balcony with the most breathtaking views of the Gulf and East Pass/harbor. While you relax in the counter height seating, you will see the east jetty watching boats going in and out of the Gulf of Mexico. You also get an added perk with this unit of watching the most awe-inspiring sunsets right from your seat (April-November. )Thursday summer evenings and holidays there are fireworks all within view from the balcony. It's a fabulous display!
