About this house rental
Happy Trails Home is a newly remodeled 4 bedroom home located RIGHT ON the trails! This spacious home sleeps a total of 12 people. Perfect for large groups wanting to trail ride. Garage included! 2 single short doors, cars can fit to park inside. You can also drive your snowmobiles or ATVs into the garage to work on them if needed. This home has everything you need! Fully equipped kitchen, wifi, washer and dryer, linens and A/C. Spacious backyard with a firepit and outdoor games available. Charcoal grill on site.
***Door code will be released the night prior to check-in for security purposes.
*** There is a doorbell camera mounted at the entryway outside, and a camera mounted on the garage facing the parking area.
***If you are booking through Airbnb or VRBO you will receive a separate contract from Pictured Rocks Vacation Rentals. In order to receive check-in information, you will be required to sign this.

Decent place near trail head. Lots of construction debris laying around the property. Also it states that there is a gas grill with propane provided but there wasn't. There was a charcoal grill but no charcoal. Additionally the mini split air-conditioning does not work very well.
