About this house rental
Comfortable and tastefully decorated 3 bedroom home in Bourbonnais. This home is on a quiet street and has a big fenced in backyard. The living room has a 65 inch smart T.V. The eat in kitchen has all the amenities to prepare a home cooked meal. The kitchen appliances include electric stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. You will find plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and eating utensils for your use. If you decide to cook outside on the back patio there is a Weber charcoal grill with charcoal, charcoal lighter fluid and lighter. The master bedroom has a 55 inch smart T.V. and a super comfy king size bed with king size hotel pillows. Bedroom #2 has a 55 inch smart T.V. and a king size bed along with king size hotel pillows. Bedroom #3 has a comfy queen size bed with hotel style pillows. We also supply a queen size deluxe electric air bed with extra sheets and pillows. For the little ones we have a pack-in-play and high chair in the home. There is also a laundry room for your use with complimentary laundry detergent. The Perry Farm Park is nice bike ride or drive by car away. The park has a awesome park with bike and walking trails. Pictures of the park are in the home description pictures . In the garage you will find bikes for all ages for you to enjoy.

The stay was perfect! Ami was an excellent host and communicated well. The neighborhood is beautiful. The house and property was very clean but I would have liked some cleaning items left at the house (broom, mop, vacuum), just because we stayed a week and messes happen especially with kids and pets. But we managed and it was a great stay and very nicely located!

This place actually surprised me. It was in the city, which I usually only rent rural properties, but you wouldn't think it was in a city because it's near the campus. The campus is incredibly well kept and the surrounding neighborhoods are incredibly well-kept. This is an All-American neighborhood that literally looks like it would be in a calendar. There are families out walking around. There are kids out riding their bikes. The host even has bikes in the garage that you can use to join in. It is quiet and peaceful at night. Coming from a big city in Texas, this was a very relaxing neighborhood. Our kids were able to go out and hang out with the neighborhood kids, which they really liked. It was like living in the 90s again, when you could just say "go out and play" and they could actually just go out and play. It is right down the street from a grocery store and a coffee shop. The house was very clean and there were no random decorations or clutter. I would absolutely stay here again or at any of the other properties hosted by this person. They even provided a basket of snacks so that my kids could munch on stuff in that time after you check in but before dinner is done. This would also be a great longer term rental as it is near the fossil park and it's still within driving distance of other cities and the river.

House was clean and looked like the pictures. I gave 4 stars because the window in the queen bedroom would not lock and one of the adult bikes is not useable in its current condition. It makes a very loud noise when trying to ride like something is grinding. The biggest issue was truly the window as that’s where kids were supposed to sleep but I couldn’t sleep well knowing the window was not able to be locked

Location is perfection! Communication with this host is always incredible which is always appreciated when traveling! This house has everything you would need. Thanks for the stay!
