This upscale, downtown apartment offers brand new appliances, furniture and decor. A wrap-around deck, fully appointed kitchen with a separate dining area that seats four, a beautiful bedroom with queen size bed, designer bedding, a fully remodeled bathroom with a tub & shower, and a spacious yet cozy living room with a fireplace and a plush couch with a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed. A/C, WiFi, Cable TV, and black out curtains in the bedroom included.
Rent this unit alone or in combination with sister properties: Vine Alley Two, a two-bedroom apartment in the same building, and/or Lux on First, a two-bedroom home with pool and firepit just steps away on the same street.

We had a great time at this rental. The tasting room below was a nice treat and they are not open late so no worries about noise at night. Place was clean and patio was lovely. Location was walking distance to everything, even the Sonoma lookout trail.

This was one of the best VRBO’s I’ve stayed in. Everything was exactly as stated and so comfortable. The location couldn’t be better. It was perfect for my husband and myself, the host was very good at communicating with us and we had no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again!
