The beach is approximately a five-minute walk away, which means going to the Gulf doesn't require packing the car, finding parking or turning a beach trip into an all-day production.
We've also taken care of the bulky stuff. You'll have beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels.
Grab what you need and walk over. Stay all day, or stay for an hour and come back later.

Jarrod was an amazing host - he was incredibly responsive, easy to work with and ready to help out whenever we needed it. The location was unbeatable with only a 5 min drive to the beach. The unit was quiet, clean and perfect for our needs. The only thing of note was the laundry is coin operated which is not a big deal at all but worth knowing so you can bring coins in case you plan to do laundry :)

This unit is within walking distance of Lido Beach and St. Armands Circle. Very clean, air conditioned, and the owner responded quickly to questions.

We rented for two weeks in March 2025 and found the condo so clean and nice and the location was so great. The beach was in walking distance and a free trolley to take you to St. Armand’s Circle and downtown Sarasota. Jarrod the host was the best. He was right there for anything you needed. I would definitely rent there again.
