About this house rental
Near trails, parks, lightrail train and downtown! Homebase for your Denver visit. This single story, Mid-Century modern home with 1950’s charm, includes a dual-sided wood burning fireplace, open kitchen w/large dining room, large pet friendly fenced-in yard and covered patio w/firepit and gas outdoor grill.
Relax in the amazing backyard or take a short walk or drive to some of the best food spots in the area.
The Location- It's close enough to downtown, yet has that calm neighborhood feel. The highway is easily accessible and will get you to the Tech Center or Downtown and up the mountains faster than locations within Denver's dense neighborhoods. The area offers two grocery stores, nearby shopping centers, local restaurants/breweries, parks and gyms.
The Property- Free parking in the driveway and street. It's dog-friendly with a completely fenced yard. Sorry, no cats. Before booking, please tell me about your dog(s) breed, weight, and age. As much as I love guest dogs, they do have an impact to home and yard so there is a pet fee associated with each booking.
Other things to note - This location is available for longer stays and subject to a lease and terms of lease, including deposit, and pet deposit if applicable. The stay is only for the term indicated. Guests ID verification is required.
Pet rules apply: Please be sure to pick up after your pets including waste. No pets, dogs allowed on the furniture or in the beds. Excessive fur found in bedding or on furniture will incure additional cleaning cost. Seasonal landscaping and weed management does occur on the property, which may limit access to the yard during those times.

Staying here met our needs. There's a nice-sized dining table and the outdoor seating and dining areas are wonderful. The kitchen is easy to work in.The neighborhood is quiet.There was an issue with the smoke alarm sensor, the freezer, and the washing machine.

This property was great. The whole house, yard, patio, grill were very clean. There was nothing we needed that was not in the house except of course our food. Host communicated very clear instructions and had a lot of information in a binder near the table. Area was great for a Denver visit, will definitely stay here again when we come. Beds were very comfortable. A lot of space to socialize.

For our needs the location was outstanding. It was 8 houses down from my brother! Property had a great yard for our dog. House layout is open with well supplied kitchen. Owner was quick to communicate and loved the locked entry keypad. Nice a/c. Will definitely be back.
