Enjoy the best of both summer and winter at this comfortable 3 bedroom house on Lake Sakatah, perfectly located for fishing and relaxation and lake hopping in southern Minnesota. Designed with ice anglers in mind, this home offers lake access located just across a quiet foliage road and down a short set of steps. You will be able to reach the lake easily while enjoying a little extra privacy. After a full day on the lake, relax in private hot tub. To warm up or unwind indoors turn on one of our 2 fireplace mantles and enjoy a game of darts or our provided board games! This home is well suited for fishing groups looking for comfort, space and a cozy place to recharge. We have 3 bedrooms and the house will comfortably sleep 8-10 people. You’re also close to Lake Francis, Lake Elysian, Lake Washington, and both Lake Jefferson’s, giving you multiple options for Walleye, northern pike, crappies and panfish. We are conveniently located just about 30 miles from Faribault, Mankato, and Owatonna. We are conveniently located down the road from Kamp Dells campground and waterpark. If you’re looking for a bite to eat stop down at the Corner Bar where they treat you like family and enjoy some delicious food! If you’re looking for a fun night of entertainment check out Classics Pub and check out all of the cool classic cars they have and enjoy a drink! Waterville also consists of a Whats the Scoop for delicious ice cream and Cool Wave coffee if you’re in the mood for a good morning brew.

The house was beautiful, nice and clean, loved the big wrap around deck. I wasn't fond of the lake access, lots of steps, lake weedy and didn't catch any fish. Other then the fishing part we had lots of fun.

Once we arrived we were so happy with our choice in stay! The home was even nicer than expected and communication with the owner was seamless. We loved the location and how close it was to a local coffee shop and the state park. The only criticism I have is that there was not much kitchen ware, like bowls, pans and dishes.

Outdoor maintenance service had plywood in yard off deck, bushes not trimmed and driveway Rick needs weed spray.Inside was fabulous.Hot tub green and doesn’t get past 95.Again, inside f house and amenities are great!
