About this house rental
Relax and experience farm life on a working 34 acre horse farm just 5 miles from Spokane's south hill. Five bedroom, four bath house with huge deck for entertaining and beautifully landscaped lawn. Take a hike in the woods and visit the horses along the way. The Latah Creek golf course is just 5 minutes away for those looking for a golf outing.
After a day of adventures, you will return to a peaceful, spacious home where you can enjoy the pool table, relax on the deck or curl up with a book in the living room which also features a 65 in smart TV.
Gather on the large outdoor deck to enjoy the amazing weather, outdoor dining and a huge backyard that is perfect for playing fetch with your furry family member. Later on enjoy the evening in the hot tub or take a dip in the indoor pool.
If you want to bring a horse along we offer pasture right in front of the house along with many options for trailering to amazing horse rides in the nearby area.
This is a perfect venue for outdoor group gatherings of less than 40 people, such as family reunions, memorial gatherings, graduations and weddings. However there will be an additional charge of $500 for the event to cover wear and tear on the house and disposal of garbage generated from said event.
During the winter season, October to April there will be a $100 pool heating charge.

We could not have chosen a more perfect venue for our son’s wedding and guest accommodations. This beautiful horse farm offers so much more than a traditional wedding venue and overnight accommodations. The property features a stunning outdoor ceremony space with a gorgeous waterfall and pond, a charming pergola that was perfect for our cocktail hour, a pickleball court for guests to enjoy, an indoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub that everyone loved.The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, making it incredibly convenient for our overnight guests to stay right on the property. Having everyone together in such a beautiful setting made the entire wedding weekend feel relaxed and special.What truly set this venue apart, however, were the hosts. They were phenomenal to work with from start to finish—accommodating, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day unforgettable. Norm and Lisa’s attention to detail and willingness to help with anything we needed made the entire process smooth and stress-free.We are so grateful for the wonderful memories created here and would highly recommend this venue and bed and breakfast to anyone looking for a beautiful, unique, and welcoming place to celebrate a special occasion. This was the perfect place for the whole family to stay for our son’s graduation. Lots of space. Privacy so we could be comfortable without worrying we were bugging anyone. We ate out on the huge deck. Everything we could want, even an ice maker! Pet friendly! Friendly hosts! I can not say enough about how great it was.

Overall we had a decent stay. It sufficed for what we needed it for.
It is a large property with a lot of room. Everyone had fun in the pool.
The hot tub popped the breaker a few times. The BBQ didn't want to start at first and definitely needs to be cleaned... so does the oven.
We found some rodent poop in some drawers in the kitchen.
There is a HUGE ... HUGE issue with flies... And you can see there are fly guts smooshed all over from previous guests.
The walls are pretty filthy in all areas of the house, bugs in picture frames, and there seemed to be some possible mold growing down on the walls above the slider for the pool.
There is a cleaning fee, but you have to pull all of the towels and linens and start them for them... Same with dishes.
They also say pet friendly, but don't tell you there is a pet fee until the three days before the booking in their instructions.
Could be way better/cleaner for the amount you pay to rent.
