About this house rental
Majestic by Cape Harbour is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury vacation home with a Southern rear exposure on a sailboat access canal. The electric heated pool and spa with a fountain feature, paired with a Tiki Hut over the dock, sets a resort-like tone from the moment you arrive. Two included kayaks make it easy to explore the surrounding canals at your leisure. This luxury home is the perfect fit for boaters and guests who want to be within walking distance to dining and shopping.
The home sits on a sailboat access canal directly across from Cape Harbour. It's just a 5–10 minute walk to the marina's restaurants, bars, and shops. Guests can spend an evening dining and walking Cape Harbour's waterfront. Take a quick drive over to Yacht Club Beach or cross the Cape Coral Bridge into Fort Myers.
Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Suite: King bed, TV, pool deck access, two large walk-in closets. Luxury en-suite bath with dual vanities, centered garden tub, and walk-around shower.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, large walk-in closet, TV, pool deck access.
- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, large walk-in closet, TV.
- Guest Bathroom: Walk-in shower with pool access.
The bright, open great room is centered around an entertainment system with a large TV. The kitchen offers breakfast bar seating, granite countertops, and a breakfast nook. The formal dining room is ideal for group meals. Streaming-capable TVs and WiFi are available throughout the home.
Step out to an oversized pool deck featuring an electric heated pool and spa with a fountain feature. The lanai doors are equipped with a pool alarm. Two kayaks are included for a leisurely ride down the water. There is a poolside and dockside tiki hut with waterfront views for an evening drink. Ample outdoor seating, tables, and loungers make it easy to soak up the Florida sun. An outdoor BBQ grill is ready for evening cookouts.

- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with an additional fee for extra guests.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, garbage bags, etc.) is provided for approximately 3–5 days.
- Electric charge is prepaid and included in the reservation
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.

We loved the property, especially the pool, hot tub, and dock area, where we spent most of our time. Only negative (and this is really nit picking) was that there must be a hornet's nest near the boat, as we saw lots of them and one of us got stung. But we loved the place and will likely rent there again!
