This property is iconic in the South Haven region and does not disappoint. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the unit is very clean. While there are many, the stairs to the beach are new and very sturdy. The unit is dated and that is part of the charm.

Reviewer Comments:
the stay was, for the most part, satisfying. Management did all they could to alleviate identified problems, but the property is for the most part individual owned units. Therefore, any lapses in maintenance must wait for the owner to fix. WI FI was not accessible and the TV remotes did not work in all the rooms. The furnishings are dated and worn, but workable. Grounds are immaculate and the pool area very useable (bring your own chairs). Mannagement was understanding and rebated a part of the rental fee. Managerment gets an A but the overall assessmant is a B-.
