About this apartment rental
Just 15 minutes from Malaga airport, in one of the best areas of the Costa del Sol, is located this beautiful and bright one bedroom apartment. With fantastic sea views, make this apartment an idyllic place to spend a few relaxing days of rest. Just entering to the left is the kitchen, comfortable and functional. It has an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. It is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
To the right is the bathroom, completely renovated and new. It has a bathtub and hair dryer. Bath towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided.
Near the bathroom is the spacious bedroom, with a double bed and a built-in closet. Inside the closet you can find utensils for storing clothes, iron and ironing board. The bedroom is very bright and from the window you can see the garden and the sea.
The living-dining room is very cozy and bright. It has a dining area for four people and a very comfortable and spacious sofa bed, so the apartment can be ideal for four people. It has Smart TV and free WiFi available.
The living room opens directly onto the terrace, with incredible sea views. It has an area to be able to eat outdoors or just enjoy an unforgettable sunset.
The apartment has sheets, towels, beach towels.
La Quinta is a beautiful complex where visitors return year after year. Its Andalusian style, its white blocks and its beautiful manicured gardens full of trees and flowers make it special. The urbanization has a large communal pool and many sun loungers available completely free, so you can sunbathe or just relax reading a book.

Pros: The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and had everything that we needed for our holiday. The location was superb! A 20 minute relaxed walk to the marina, a bus stop outside the apartment or a 15 minute taxi to the bus station ensured that we could explore the Costa Del Sol with ease. Juan was extremely good at responding to any queries we had and is so lovely in his manner. A real gentleman. Thank you so much for having us at your apartment, we absolutely loved our summer holiday!

Pros: Juan is a very nice man. He greeted us very hospitably. He provided us with everything we needed. His apartment is very cozy, has good facilities and is very well located. Above all, it is very clean. The pool also met our expectations. During our stay there were no problems, and we spent a wonderful holiday there.

Pros: This property was beautiful, everything was perfect, Juan was very helpful and spoke perfect English.
The property is located about a 10 minute walk from the Marina, there is a taxi rank across the road they charge around 6 euro to the marina etc.
As a family we like to fly / drive, the apartment doesn’t have private parking however there is street parking, we found this was not convenient and spent alot of time looking for a empty parking space.
This apartment is ideal if you have no intention of driving, everything is ideally located.
Thank you Juan, we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend to friends and family.
