About this house rental
Bright basement suite in the picturesque countryside. Welcome to Dark Horse Farm, located minutes from Cherry Point Beach, Cobble Hill mountain, Enrico and Cobble Hill Vineyard, and Arbutus Ridge Golf Course. This newly renovated ground level suite comfortably sleeps 4. Enjoy the hot tub, private bbq and views of the beautiful gardens and hobby farm right outside of your window.
You can find many vineyards to experience, play a round of golf only two minutes away, Cobble Hill Mountain to hike or bike and of course the beach to stroll and relax.
We are conveniently located 5km from Brentwood College and Shawnigan Lake Private School and 6 km from St. Johns Academy. There are grocery stores, restaurants, a medical clinic, and pharmacies a short drive away.
We have two free parking spots at the house. The best way to get around is by vehicle. Public transport and Taxi's are very limited, we advise you to plan ahead! Note, this is a suite In a family home, we are mindful of noise but there can be noise from time to time from above.

The apartment was a great base for exploring the Cowichan area! Had everything we needed. There was a little issue with the wifi when we first checked in and this was addressed quickly. We really enjoyed taking in the peaceful setting while soaking in the hot tub.

Appartment was well equiped. Only the heating was a problem. Very noisy near the master bedroom and only accessible by the host. We didnt use the hottub.
