Very clean, quiet and modern. Grateful for an EV charger for our electric car. Hosts very approachable and helpful. I did not realize there was no cooking allowed in the suite (municipal rules for short term stays). It would be helpful if this information was in the listing.

Great location. This is the MIL basement apartment. No stove but access to a grill. Has a dedicated parking spot for you. Hosts are excellent and very responsive.

The rental was clean and very comfortable. The host was very responsive to my questions. There is only one parking spot, which was not noted in the description. We had more than one car, so we had to use street parking which was easy to find. The lack of a proper kitchen was the biggest drawback. We did not notice that there wasn't a kitchen until reading other renters reviews. I assumed there would be a full kitchen given the size of the rental, but that was my fault for not reading thoroughly before booking. That being said, I do not think I would pay that price again for this rental given the lack of kitchen. I understand that this is a city-wide rule and the hosts did do their best to accommodate with the grill outside. You can hear a lot from the home upstairs, especially in the back bedroom. On the final night of our stay there were some people upstairs who were rather loud.

The place was perfect for 4. Super easy to access, and the host was incredibly easy to communicate with for any questions. We were very surprised to see the bed updates as well, both King, which was a great surprise. It is far from amenities, so a vehicle would be recommended.
