Located in Jávea, Villa Bosque offers a comfortable 140 m² villa, ideal for up to 8 guests. There are 4 bedrooms—2 with double beds and 2 with twin beds—plus 2 bathrooms for your convenience. The well-equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals with ease. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, TV, fan, washing machine, and for families with young children, a baby cot and high chair.
Outside, enjoy a private garden, outdoor pool, balcony, and open terrace—perfect for relaxing in the Spanish sun.
Shared on-site parking is available. Small pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 allowed. Please note: parties are not permitted in the villa.
A security deposit is required at check-in, regardless of the number of rental days or guests. This covers possible minor damages during your stay.
The villa is conveniently located: the nearest restaurant is 1,140 m away, cafés are 3,110 m, bars 2,770 m, and supermarkets 4,120 m from the property. The beautiful Platja de l'Arenal beach is 5,090 m away. You can contact the host via the booking platform for questions or assistance. The villa is well maintained, with new beds since last season. Bed linen and towels are included.
Important: you will need a car during your stay. Everything you need for daily life and leisure is within 2 to 10 minutes (old town) from the villa.

Pros: Merci beaucoup Ives de nous avoir permis d’accéder à votre villa cet été 2020 ♥️ Nous avons tout apprécié , vous êtes des propriétaires hors du commun , quand on est à plus de 1600km de chez nous il est important de trouver quelqu’un qui répond à tous nos besoins en un clin d’œil 😉 !
Votre maison est tellement fonctionnelle qu’on a plus envie de vous la rendre ! nous étions 8 adultes et avons passé 3 semaines merveilleuses ! La villa est très spacieuse elle convient et correspond à toutes attentes ! Il y fait bon vivre et on espère y revenir très vite !

Pros: Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Niets ontbreekt. Prima bedden, airco om koel te kunnen slapen. Een grote nieuwe keuken. Ruime living. Diverse terrassen, op het overdekte terras kan aan een grote tafel gegeten worden. Mooi uitzicht. En natuurlijk een heerlijk groot zwembad, dat goed onderhouden wordt. Ook de wasmachine deed het prima. Alles was keurig schoon. Kortom: beslist voor herhaling vatbaar.

Pros: Nous avons passé 15 formidables jours dans cette maison parfaite pour notre petite troupe de 4 adultes et 4 enfants.
Elle est spacieuse, agréable et la vue est magnifique.
Les propriétaires ont été très sympathique et réactif tout au long de nos échanges et nous avons été très bien accueilli sur place.
Nous sommes heureux de nos vacances à Javea, on aurait aimé qu'elle continues!
