The master suite is spacious and beautifully appointed, featuring a California king bed, and suite bathroom, and a private sitting area. The additional bedrooms are equally inviting, with plush bedding and maximum comfort for a restful night's sleep. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own full bathroom. Located about 15 minutes from the famous Las Vegas Strip, this home provides easy access to world-class entertainment, dining, and shopping. Experience the thrill of the casinos, catch a show by renowned performers, or indulge in gourmet meals at some of the finest restaurants in the world. The Space:
Our villa is 100% fully renovated and all furniture with the exception of the dining table is brand new. Orthopedic mistresses for all beds are NEW. Come to a new house smelling fresh, clean and new.
Our beds, mattresses, blankets and towels are new. We have 3 bedrooms and they concise on:
* Bedroom one: Master bedroom has a California King Bed with its owned private bathroom, bathtub and shower. This bedroom has a Smart TV.
* Bedroom Two: Guess room has a Queen Bed with a shared hallway full bathroom that has a shower bathtub and bathroom. This bedroom has a Smart TV.
* Bedroom Three: Guess room has two twin beds and shared hallway full bathroom that has a shower bathtub and bathroom.
DETAILS TO NOTE
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-For your safety and security reasons our home has exterior security cameras that will not abridge your privacy.
No pets of any kind are accepted, or we will charge you a fee.
-Swimming pool gets clean weekly. Every Friday, expect our pool guy to be there!

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very responsive and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Highly recommend

Check-in was easy. The host responded quickly to any questions I had. Wonderful access to stores and the highway.The downside was that the property smelled of smoke, even though signs were posted about no smoking. The hot tub did not work, and I wish this had been relayed to us prior to booking. The pros outweighed the cons.

Very nice property. The house was lovely. Pool looked nice but we were unable to enjoy it since it wasn’t warm out while we were there! Property owner responds quickly to questions you may have while you’re there

Family of 5 stay over NYE. Master bed was comfortable and showers had great water pressure.We were disappointed there wasn't a hot tub as the description in vrbo listed and the first floor wasn't comfortable for lounging or watching tv as a family. As a mama of teens, I was super bummed since it forced us to relax separately in our rooms.
