There is an elevator in the building. Beyond the pool, take advantage of the numerous amenities, including a picnic area, tennis/pickleball courts, the marina, and the natural Florida Keys beach right on the property. You won’t even have to leave the grounds to watch the boats come in and out of the marina – all your favorite water activities are within reach! With so much to do and experience, this condo is perfect for an unforgettable getaway. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest room, and a sofa bed in the living area. Trailer parking is limited and based upon availability. $50/night. Max boat length is 28 feet. Slips are available on a limited basis. Very nice, well equipped, clean condo. Plenty of space to relax in the living room/dining room after a day out. Nice view too. The community pool was large with plenty of chairs. Location was convenient to activities and restaurants in the area. Highly recommend.

What a lovely, comfortable place to stay on our vacation to the Florida Keys!! The whole stay was smooth, communication was great, check in and out easy. Ocean view peaceful. Great breezes, the ceiling fans did a great job! Thank you so much!

The room was just as described. The property was great with a pool and beach. The elevators were out of order but we were notified days before our trip so no complaints there. It was not a difficult flight up.

Check in at 4:00p.m. At the gate took forever, one person working, a line of cars waiting. The employees on the grounds were very friendly. The restaurant happy hour is fun, but the food is not good. Not sure if we would return.
