This beautiful home is located in Settler's Bridge Subdivision off of Eagle Rd. where all the action is. Shopping and restaurants, including the new Village Shopping Center are just a couple miles away.
Settler's Bridge Subdivision is a nice community in Meridian with parks for the kids and a beautiful swimming pool open in the summer months. Centrally located in the Treasure Valley, you can go to Boise, Nampa or Eagle in less than 30 minutes where you can enjoy the Boise River, hike the foothills, or walk the Boise Greenbelt. Bogus Basin Ski Resort is only an hour away and Eagle Island State Park is only 12 minutes away.

This house was perfect for our group with children. It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, a high chair, and a pack n play crib.The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. It wasn’t warm enough to swim but there was a play set just down the street that our 3 and 4 year olds loved. There were no children’s plates or cups so everything was breakable. Be advised you may want to bring your own. The garage was accessible.

This home I stayed at for 4 days. Very clean, has a working grill outside , the kitchen has everything you would need, coffee maker, Kerig toaster pans everything Bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice Living room is nice The yard is small and there is no grassNo dog door for dogs has a sliding glass door out to yardClose to lots of shopping Has a two car garage that I parked my truck inOver all a very nice home

This was a wonderful home to stay in. Exactly as described, comfortable, and all the amenities needed to accommodate families of all ages. The neighborhood was lovely and an excellent location. We will absolutely stay again in the future. Thank you!
