Newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment in a private multi-family home. Clean, modern, and comfortable apartment with easy access to the rest of NYC. Home is located across the Ft. Independence Reservoir providing a serene water view. Enjoy the vast Van Cortland Park with its golf course and open fields. Enjoy the local dining experiences or venture into Manhattan if you prefer. There is easy access to a bus stop at the corner or the train a few blocks away but Ubers work well for your convenience.

Check in was easy, it's very clean and the location is perfect. Very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back, we really enjoyed the property.

It was very welcoming, clean and easy commute to the train station. The only issue that we had was ants started showing up on the second day that we were there. All over the kitchen counter, throw rug and couch in the living room. Also in the main bedroom, all over the dresser below the tv and all over the couch and throw rug on the floor. When we got home our suitcase had ants everywhere. But beside that we had a nice stay.

The apartment was just as described and nicer. Seemed to be a safe part of town and the owner was amazing in responding quickly to us and helping us with questions! We will 100% be using them again when visiting the city.
