Exactly what you want when you say you want to say at a cottage on the Cape. Tremendous view. Peaceful. The sound of the waves. Food and drink within walking distance. Great stay.

The house was even better than the pictures. It had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable and secure. It was really quiet but likely because of the time of year. The fireplace added a nice touch when the temps dropped in the evening. The view was amazing and there were plenty of chairs to use in the shed to sit outside. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat even after seeing so many other options. Were were only there for three nights. We spent a lot of time sightseeing. I really wish we could have spent full days at the house. However, starting our mornings sitting outside and ending the day watching the sunset was just what we needed. Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful place.

We enjoyed the view of the ocean and the location was great. We celebrated my mom's 90 birthday in January and anticipated it would be cold. The heat worked well and we were comfortable. The owner was very helpful during check-in when we had issues getting in with the new front door lock. Overall everyone enjoyed the house. Reading the previous reviews, I agree the house needs a few updates especially at this price point. Window treatments, towels and there are more than two stairs at the front entry. Access to the beach is a long staircase, might not be best if guests have mobility issues. Overall, nice cottage and a super helpful host.
