All good unit could use a little paint and updating

We love North Myrtle Beach. We've been making this trip for almost 20 years from Kansas and we've also stayed in multiple locations. I loved the fact that the condo was on the beach with easy access. And while previous reviews of the condo were correct, we still enjoyed our stay. This was also the first condo that we'd stayed in that the door code locked automatically every time the door was shut and we had to use the code every time to get in. That was nice since we tend to forget to lock the doors when we'd go down to the beach or pool areas. The only thing that didn't work in the condo was the ice maker and an easy fix is to buy ice so that's what we did. No, we didn't complain about anything because I'm not at the beach to complain, I'm there to enjoy the beach and not be in Kansas. I will say we ran out of hot water on Thursday and we left on Saturday. Again i did not call to complain about this because the ocean water was the same temperature. It might have made a difference if it had been that way the day we arrived.

Overall nice 4 bedroom condo. Nice property. Pool, lazy river, Hot tub, gym.
We are used to staying in larger condos / houses, so we typically have 2 refrigerators and 2 deyers so we needed to improvise..
Also the ice maker was behind so we had to buy bags of ice. had to

Was disappointed in the lack of kitchen basic needs. No pot holders, roasting pan, cookie sheet, or cutting board. No Keurig for coffee pods. The AC wasn’t working the first day and smelled very musky. Maintenance came the following day and had to replace the air filter. After the air filter was replaced the musky smell went away and the AC worked great.Needs repairs made in the bathrooms. Needs a fresh coat of paint on baseboards.
