The post is 100% accurate. Starting from the pictures all the way down to the description in the listing. Cocoa beach is more of a nostalgic town, more 90s feel early 2000s(meaning for those of you that want modern new features this isn’t for you), but my husband, my two kids, and I enjoyed it. The house itself felt homey and very roomy for our family of four. It was quite entertaining for me to watch my 13 year old try to figure out the cd/cassette/radio player(not to mention I had the same one growing up )

Our condo was perfect, the rooms were a great size, my kids and I had space to spread out and relax, the ground floor had us halfway between the beach and the pool and both were easily and clearly accessible. My family and I visit Cocoa Beach yearly and we will keep this condo on our short list for future stays. Thank you Happy Palm Stays for swiftly handling our issues and questions. You guys were fantastic!

The pool was excellent and the area around the pool was great. The unit we stayed in was good but the TV is not user friendly and didn’t have HBO or Showtime
