About this house rental
All About Tybee is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath three-story townhome located conveniently in mid-island. The home has a nicely furnished interior, with a custom kitchen that features stainless appliances and granite countertops. The home offers a residential elevator and hardwood floors in the living areas, lots of windows and light throughout. Enjoy all the comforts of home while staying close to beaches, shops, and dining on Tybee Island. A great option for families or groups!
The second floor of All About Tybee has the main living spaces - living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bath. The dining room has table seating for six, and there is a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining and kitchen are open for guests to enjoy conversations during mealtime.
The home's third floor has a spacious bedroom suite with a Queen bed, vaulted ceilings, and a private bathroom with a tile surround shower. The second guest room has a Queen bed with tray ceilings, and the third guestroom is furnished with a bunk bed with a twin on top and a double bed with an additional pull out trundle bed on the bottom. These rooms share a bathroom located in the hallway. There is also a full-size washer and dryer on this floor.
The ground level has a garage with space for 2 cars (Oversized SUV's and trucks may not fit in the garage, and no additional street parking is available within the community.) There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, which is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach! The home is located just 2-3 blocks from Sundae Cafe, Tybee's go-to for fine dining. Bring your bikes, or rent them while you're here. The best way to see all of Tybee is on two wheels!

We love tybee and enjoyed the location of this property. The property had the and things we needed. Lots of sleeping options and a well stocked with a variety kitchen utensils. It does need some attention as there were lots of wasp nests. Also not as clean as some of the other locations I have stayed at. It could use an update on some of the furniture also.

Great proerty, about 5 blocks off the beach. Location is great - about 25 mins from Savannah and about a 10 min walk to beaches. We stayed here with 2 adults, 4 teens, and 2 younger kids - and the property fit us well. HOST - the mattresses need a refresh! The 2Qs have visible sags, even when made up. They arent supportive anymore, and made for poor sleep/stiff backs!Beds - 2Q each in separate rooms, and one bunk room with a twin-over-full and a twin size trundle. So - if you want to sleep 8, you'll have 4 in one small room with 2 ppl in a full size bed. One of our kids opted to sleep on a cot they brought instead.Kitchen & LR - generous size - we fit 8 ppl around the kitchen table for games, and 8 could all hang out in LR at the same time too. Most of the stuff you need in the kitchen and huge fridge.Parking - you can park in the 2cg, or along the street. No placard is needed, although some house instructions said it was. The instructions were contradictory, so we had to call to confirm. AC worked well. Balconies nice, let in some cooler weather. Lots of household maintenance noise in the area, but that may have been a function of early spring.Would stay again!

It was a nice house. The rental co was responsive when we had an issue with the door handle but the elevator was out of service for the duration of our stay.
